I see psychotherapy as a place where you can take a step back from your day-to-day routine, observe what is going on, and experience your feelings. Therapy provides a quiet space where you can actually listen to yourself. Therapy allows you to see something new — not just connections to your past, but equally important, what is alive in you today that continues to unfold. As you notice what is happening and how you think and feel about it, you are able to make changes in your awareness, freeing you to decide where you want to go next in your life, your relationships, your career and creative life.
My work is grounded in the study of Depth Psychology and Relational Life Therapy, and I take an integrative approach utilizing Gestalt, Somatic, Narrative and Positive Sex therapies.
